F-Droid build change: the APK no longer embeds the Play-oriented dependency-metadata signing block (rejected by F-Droid's scanner). No user-facing changes.

fdroid.apk is the reproducible fdroid-flavor build (no in-app updater), signed with the project release key (cert SHA-256 668cdb5c…), for F-Droid's binary-verification.
