This repository contains my solutions to every assignment from a foundational Python course I taught as a teaching assistant. The course was designed for business students in a school of management, serving as the basis for their subsequent studies in statistics and econometrics.
The solutions go beyond the basics, offering detailed explanations and elaborations on core concepts. I've also added more advanced topics, including programming language features, algorithms, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, to provide a more comprehensive learning experience.
For those interested in R, I have also provided R-language versions of the solutions. However, these do not include detailed explanations since R was not the primary language of the course.
- Detailed Python solutions: Step-by-step answers with in-depth explanations.
- Expanded knowledge: Introductions to more advanced topics.
- R language versions: The same problems solved using R.
Traditional tutorials for statistics and econometrics often use outdated software like SAS, Stata, and Matlab, which are not practical for long-term use. My goal is to create a new repository that systematically rewrites classic cases using modern tools like Python and R.
As a first step, I will begin by rewriting classic cases in econometrics.
