Fixes

• The game presence could stop working until you restarted Discord. When Discord answered slowly, ClipDip kept retrying too quickly and left every attempt open, until Discord was full and turned away every app trying to connect, ClipLib included. ClipDip now waits Discord out, closes connections properly, keeps its connection between games so the next game shows up right away, and backs off if Discord is ever full.
