Setsu v3.7.1

What's new

• speed: slowed sound drops in pitch like tape by default instead of atempo's choppy stretch, speed layers and a player setting can keep the pitch through rubberband
• feed: the library's volume panel in the feed player, the old slider collapsed in the gap between button and slider so it was only mute or full
• player: one set of control show/hide rules for the library and feed player, controls and cursor hide once the mouse leaves the player even when paused, the cursor only hides with the controls
• player: toast and in-app confirm instead of window.alert/confirm, after one native dialog no input took keys and titles couldn't be renamed; bump version to 3.7.1
