v0.1.0: listing photos to 3D walkthrough videos

First public release of OpenHouse 3D: turn real-estate listing photos into a procedural 3D house and a cinematic walkthrough video with headless Blender.

Two reconstructions of the same listing, rebuilt from its 32 listing photos and played in sync. Left, Opus 5.5: the Stanford package in this repository (built with Claude Opus 5.5). Right, Astra: an independent reconstruction. Under each film are the original listing photo and the matching virtually staged render.

What's in the source

• archviz/: reusable geometry (walls and openings, lap siding, windows and doors, roofs), finishes, furniture and staging, vegetation, sky, camera motion, resumable Cycles production rendering, photo galleries and synchronized comparison videos
• tools/: camera and plan solvers from listing photos (points and lines), overlays, back-projection, orthophotos, scene preparation and audits
• houses/: the Stanford, Webster, Walsh and (experimental) Alpine examples with their reference photos, plus a synthetic template that renders with no downloads

Tested with Blender 5.2.1 and Python 3.9 / 3.12.

The videos include listing photographs, which keep their original rights and are not covered by the MIT code license. See ASSET_LICENSES.md and the photo removal policy.
