Parameters:

• boxes - Detection bounding boxes
• overlap - Overlap threshold for suppression. For a selected box Bi, all boxes Bj that are covered by more than overlap are suppressed. Note that 'covered' is |Bi \cap Bj| / |Bj|, not the PASCAL intersection over union measure.
