bump yuno-sdk-react-native to 1.1.0 (#21)

* feat(safe-area): add cross-platform safe area support with react-native-safe-area-context

Replace SafeAreaView from react-native (iOS-only) with SafeAreaProvider + SafeAreaView
from react-native-safe-area-context to fix content rendering behind system bars on Android.

* fix(safe-area): respect system bars on native config screens

- Android: use WindowInsetsCompat to dynamically apply status bar padding
  instead of hardcoded value in MainActivity header
- Android: add react-native-safe-area-context to build.gradle dependencies
- iOS: anchor scrollView to safeAreaLayoutGuide.topAnchor instead of
  view.topAnchor in MainViewController

* fix(safe-area): replace react-native-safe-area-context with built-in SafeAreaView

react-native-safe-area-context Paper implementation dispatches events via
RCTEventEmitter.receiveEvent() which is not registered in RN 0.82 bridgeless
mode, causing runtime errors. Use React Native's built-in SafeAreaView instead.

* fix(ios): resolve stack overflow crash and build failures

- Stabilize hook callbacks with useRef pattern to prevent cascading
  re-renders that caused SOF crash ~20s after launch on iOS
- Remove deprecated -ld_classic linker flag that crashed Xcode's
  new linker (ld assertion failure in dylibToOrdinal)
- Use platform-specific SafeAreaView: built-in on iOS (avoids
  RCTEventEmitter.receiveEvent Fabric crash from
  react-native-safe-area-context), library on Android (respects
  system bars)
- Bump SDK to 1.0.31-beta.6
