V1.5.3 Remote Config Fallback Fix

Fixed

  • Prevent stale userData cache from overriding newer packaged remote config.
  • Skip stale jsDelivr responses and continue fallback to GitHub Raw.
  • Restore GPT-5.5 cost estimation when old pricing cache exists locally.

Added

  • V1.5.3 PRD, test plan, and test report for the remote-config anti-regression fix.
  • Regression tests for stale cache, stale remote source fallback, and GPT-5.5 pricing lookup.
