Deprecated

• pfc-mcp is deprecated and frozen in favor of itasca-mcp. This final
  release is a thin shim: it depends on itasca-mcp and runs it unchanged,
  after leading the MCP server instructions with a migration notice so a
  connecting agent is told to switch. uvx pfc-mcp keeps working (it now runs
  the multi-engine itasca-mcp server), but please update your client config to
  uvx itasca-mcp. No further pfc-mcp releases are planned.

  (Tagged from the renamed yusong652/itasca-mcp repository on a throwaway
  branch where the package name is restored to pfc-mcp; main is unaffected.)
