Added

  • In-app auto-update. The app now checks GitHub Releases for new versions
    (silently at launch and on demand in Settings → App update), then downloads,
    installs, and restarts from within the app — no manual installer download
    needed. Built on the Tauri updater plugin with signed update artifacts.

Auto-update takes effect from this release onward: updating to 0.6.0 is a
one-time manual download (0.5.0 predates the updater); from 0.6.0 onward,
updates install in-app.

See the assets below to download and install. Builds are not code-signed yet, so the OS may warn on first run (Windows SmartScreen / macOS Gatekeeper — on macOS, right-click the app and choose Open).
