fix(overlay): keep mode selector below the macOS notch safe area

On notch MacBooks the top-center selector sat at 16pt, partially under
the menu-bar/notch safe region. Move it to 44pt (below the safe area),
with the hint labels and the annotation toolbar's minimum top following
to 96pt so everything stays clear of the notch.

Bump to 1.2.10.
