Highlights
- Keep planning documents and all five viewer state files under
.orca-dag/. New plans use independent UTC timestamp folders. Startup reports ignore-rule setup and migrates legacy root state files byte-for-byte without overwriting conflicts or following symlinks. - Keep uninstall reversible: remove only managed ignore blocks and installed skills; preserve planning documents even with
--purge. Purge enumerates known state files instead of deleting the shared directory. - Add an experimental, default-off API-preselected OpenCode 2 full TUI for explicit per-node models/variants. Enable with
ORCA_DAG_OPENCODE_TUI=1; requires running Orca 1.4.222+ and a local POSIX current/existing non-lane workspace. Existing native and one-shot defaults remain unchanged. - Persist exact preparation/session/terminal identities before effects, recover without duplicate Dispatches, and read bounded assistant output after terminal closure. Stop confirms provider execution exit before Orca cancellation accounting; fencing can deliberately retain the pane for inspection rather than force-close it.
- Add bilingual supported/verified-version documentation and refresh compatible dependency versions to clear the audit gate.
Upgrade and verification
Stop older viewers before upgrading. Migration preserves conflicting legacy files and warns instead of merging history. Planning documents remain local and ignored.
- Full local check: 552 tests passed, typechecks, skill validation and web build passed; dependency audit: 0 vulnerabilities.

1.2.0launcher passed plain-Node SPA/readiness, byte-identical migration of all five state files, and mutation-token checks in an isolated HOME/workspace. - Recorded agent checks: Orca 1.4.217 + Codex CLI 0.159.2 (native read-only Task), and Orca 1.4.222 + OpenCode 2.0.22 (experimental TUI lifecycle on macOS / Node.js 22.23.0). See README for exact scopes; these are not blanket guarantees for other versions or platforms.
- The experimental adapter does not yet establish long coding runs, Git Stage, automatic terminal reuse, new workspaces, lanes, remote or Windows support. Stop does not guarantee automatic pane closure.
