• 模型下发：新增默认本地加密组件（AES-256-GCM，.install_key 为本机密钥），扩展未注册时惰性回落，登录后自动从 ccagent 拉取模型并写入密文 Key，不再出现「加密组件不可用，拒绝写入明文 Key」
• 计费与套餐：外部链接改为 https + host 白名单（deepscient.com、un.ccagent.cn、api.ccagent.cn），购买/我的额度按钮可正常跳转，计费页展示官网余额，刷新可重新拉取套餐与订单
• 任务栏：未命名且无消息的会话不再显示于侧栏与置顶列表，服务端数据不删除

DeepScient desktop v0.12.0（macOS arm64，未签名）

DeepScient 的 macOS（Apple Silicon / arm64） 桌面安装包，与 Windows 版同一套派生规则：官方 DeepSeek Harness 桌面壳 + deepscient 0.12.0 + dsh-science 0.5.0，数据根 ~/.deepscient，不写 ~/.dsh。

下载后怎么用

1. 解压 zip，或挂载 dmg 后把 DeepScient.app 拖进「应用程序」；
2. 首次打开：本包为未签名构建（无 Developer ID），Gatekeeper 会拦一次——右键 →「打开」→「打开」，或执行 xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/DeepScient.app；
3. 双击 DeepScient.app（或同目录的 启动 DeepScient.command）。首启自动装配 ~/.deepscient/profiles/desktop，随后出现窗口；
4. 未登录时窗口是欢迎/登录页；点「登录 DeepScient」在浏览器完成授权后进入工作台。

• Host /deepscient/api/health 200，注册工具 47 个（含 5 个调度工具、3 个本地科学计算工具）；
• /workflow、/presets、/sources、/docs、/tools 均 200；SSE /plugins/events 连接正常；
• POST /deepscient/auth/authorize 200，redirect_uri 指向当前端口；
• 离线演示 demo-campaign.mjs --example sleep-wm --seed 42 产出 n=22、t(21)=5.2858、p=3.06e-5、Cohen's dz=1.1269，同 seed 重跑 idempotent: true；
• 退出后主进程与 helper 全部结束；构建与运行前后 ~/.dsh 文件数/字节数不变；

边界：仓库未持有 DeepScient 账号，登录后的六页（工作台/流程/工具/计费/接入/说明）未在已认证状态下逐一走查；未登录时全站被登录门禁遮住属预期行为。

三步开始

1. 解压到短路径（如 D:\DeepScient；不要放在很深的中文目录，Chromium 会触发 MAX_PATH）；
2. 双击根目录 DeepScient 启动.cmd（首次会自动装配桌面 profile，约 30–40 秒）；
3. 点「登录 DeepScient」在浏览器完成官网授权，窗口自动进入工作台。

这个包包含什么

• Electron 桌面壳（DeepScient.exe）与运行时；
• resources\deepscient\deepscient 与 resources\deepscient\dsh-science：DeepScient 宿主与科研/调度插件；
• 5 个调度工具（science_org_chart / science_campaign_plan / science_campaign_run / science_campaign_status / science_campaign_report）与 13 个岗位编制；
• 打包专用 CLI：resources\deepscient\cli\dsh.cmd。

数据与隔离

• 数据根：%USERPROFILE%\.deepscient（默认）；不会写 ~/.dsh，也不改已装的 DeepSeek Harness；
• 首次启动若 profile 缺失或依赖丢失，会自动重新装配，日志在 %USERPROFILE%\.deepscient\logs\。

两条踩过的坑（都修了）

1. MCP 一个工具都注册不上：~/.npmrc 里指向没在监听的代理时 npx -y 会在 2 毫秒内退出，dsh 侧只表现为「开着但 0 个工具」。现在启动器给 MCP 子进程生成独立的 <DSH_HOME>/science/mcp-npmrc。
2. pubmed 那行悄悄装不上：env 只收字符串，NCBI_API_KEY: !!js process.env.NCBI_API_KEY 在变量不存在时求值成 undefined，整行配置校验失败。改成注释里的示例。

已知边界

• headless 不组合 agent preset：会话里挂了多少技能只能从 Web 会话验。
• MCP 只验到「工具已注册」，还没有一次「模型真的调到全文」的完整往返记录。
• 界面没有截图回归；只在 Windows 上验证过（启动器是 PowerShell）。
