Pre-release with C++ source support and build workflow fixes.\n\nHighlights:\n- Compile, Run, and Debug accept .c, .cc, .cpp, and .cxx sources\n- C++ builds select g++.exe automatically; C-only builds remain on gcc.exe\n- Builds work when the Messages window is active\n- Compiler output is shown while the build runs\n- Global directories and GCC toolchain configuration improvements\n\nRequires an x64 MinGW-w64 GCC/G++ and GDB in PATH or configured through TurboIDE.
