Maintenance patch for Angular 22 applications.

• Requires qs 6.16.1 or newer within major version 6, including query parsing and serialization fixes.
• Updates the tested Angular toolchain to 22.2.3, Angular ESLint to 22.6.0, and development dependencies through #34 and #35.
• Updates the package README with the project name and Angular compatibility matrix.

Public APIs and Angular peer dependency requirements remain unchanged.

Validation: clean dependency installation, lint, production build, all 74 Headless Chrome tests, and an isolated installation of the release tarball pass. The isolated package smoke test covers Angular imports, nested query filters, array serialization, and the constructor.isBuffer regression. The library runtime dependency audit reports zero known vulnerabilities.

Development tooling limitation: GHSA-vfj7-8cjw-p6xm affects braces through Karma/chokidar. No patched version is available at release time. This dependency is not shipped as a runtime dependency of the library.
