Update 10.10.2023:
Msix installer provided. I am not sure if it works, it works on my machine. But if it does not work on your machine, click on the file, go to Properties -> Digital Signatures -> Click in the list -> Details -> View Certificate -> Install Certificate. Install the certificate on your local computer. This is the first time I am using the msix package, so it may not work.

Update 11.10.2023:
Provided the OpenScribe.exe, this is a self extracting archive. Open it and it should extract itself to a specified location.
