When opening a markdown file just to view it, Muya's markdown round-trip (parse → export) could produce output differing from the original, causing a false "modified" state and unwanted "Save?" dialogs on close. Added an isJustLoaded flag to suppress the first false-positive modification detection after loading a file from disk.
