Rules

This document is subject to change and if there’s any significant changes I’ll let everybody know. A very easy way to remember this is the golden rule, is this something I would do to myself?

Infractions are solely up to me. I want to be fair and issue warnings but egregious behavior like doxxing will result in bans and cooperation with law enforcement. I apologize in advance but the internet allows people to act tough behind a screen.

1. Don't talk down to members. Is what I’m saying or posting work friendly? Am what I’m talking about legal? Programming is the future, your classmate may be a future Artificial Intelligence thought leader.

2. Doxxing. There’s a zero tolerance policy with doxxing. You may exchange social media information (LinkedIn, twitter, etc) with each other but be careful that there are evil people out there that will share your personal information.

3. No spamming. Don’t talk about controversial topics like politics or religion.

4. These classes may be uploaded to Youtube, for that reason you may not want to have your video on while I'm answering questions and leading the day's material.
