npm support reinstated the zaes org, so the package returns to
@zaes/tactical-graphics. The GitHub org stays zaes-code — the name is held by
an unrelated account there — so the repository, bugs, and mirror URLs are
unchanged. The npm scope and the GitHub org are independent namespaces and do
not need to match.
