It was added in #73 but never reached the barrel, so the one controller a host
needs in order to register a click-to-place graphic was the one it could not
name. Its four peers are all exported; this is the omission, not a new API.

Caught against the built bundle before 1.6.0 was published — nothing shipped
without it.
