• Configurable TDD — new tdd: true | false | ask config field controls whether plans use test-driven development. When enabled, agents assess testability per step and structure testable steps as test-first
• plan-steps.md prompt — dedicated plan construction rules loaded at plan-creation time (not session start), reducing session-start context by ~62 lines

Fixed

• Branch verification before remote operations — prompts that push or create PRs now verify the current branch via git status instead of relying on session-start context
• Correct git range in PR drafts — git log uses double-dot (..) for commit list; triple-dot kept only for git diff (merge-base semantics)
• Misleading next-action suggestion after /add-step — now only suggests /run-step (not /do-it which is redundant when step exists)
