Capy's first public source release, licensed under AGPL-3.0-only.

Included

  • Pulley Excel preview, reconciliation, import, and Excel/CSV export.
  • Ownership tables, stakeholder and security records, equity plans, and vesting projections.
  • SAFE and priced-round fundraising models, saved scenarios, document storage, and stakeholder portals.
  • The complete web app and Convex backend, with a self-hosted mode that does not require a Capy subscription.
  • Setup and architecture guides, contribution and security policies, and automated checks.

Validation

A clean checkout passes the production build, TypeScript, lint, and 38 tests. The dependency audit and secret scan pass. The initial CodeQL importer finding was fixed with regression coverage before this tag.
