v2.1.0

This release publishes v2.1.0 which contains an update adding my special tweaks, you can read about them at https://forum.deluge-torrent.org/viewtopic.php?t=56921

This plugin will require you to unload the ltConfig plugin, remove ltConfig.egg from your plugins directory, restart Deluge and then replace it with the egg published here and load "Refresh" and enable the new version of ltConfig.

You will then see a new preset that I have added.
