v2.0.0

The new major verion brings needed breaking changes in the way that interfaces were being declared; moving them to the consumer side instead.

With this, some factories and wrappers are changed into functions and constructor functions respectively. The core logic will remain the same, of course.

Also, bumped Go version to 1.24.
