This new major version addresses the metrics interfaces, suggesting that they should require a context.Context type as a first parameter in every method. This ensures compatibility with opentelemetry metrics, as well as ensuring that trace context is carried to metrics calls.

With this change, most of the Config types are dropped where there is only one data structure to configure. If that is the case, then the cfg.Option[T] types will use the destination data structure's type as target, instead.

Some options are no longer separate, where if they work together they should take the input in the same option function. An example for this is joining the cron string and the location in the schedule package
