First release of primes, supporting two operations:

• primes build creates the prime numbers database using the raw files in this repository. Check config/build.go for its configuration options.
• primes serve runs the web server to query for primes. Check config/serve.go for its configuration options.

The web server supports two RPCs (see API documentation for details):

• Random (via /v1/primes/rand)
• List (via /v1/primes)

Note: The SQLite driver is compiled with the binary and it has already a maxed-out number of attached databases configured (of 125).
