Hub, CLI and node 0.20.4

This release improves first-time setup and the interface served by the Hub:

  • Guide new installations through machine readiness and show a waiting state until a machine is ready.
  • Improve macOS Chinese punctuation input and Android system-navigation spacing.
  • Preserve startup reconnect choices and improve scan lifecycle handling.

Install with the official installer at https://offdesk.dev/install. Existing services do not need to be reset or re-paired.

Known limitation: an empty Watching terminal may need Take control, then Start terminal. Camera/black-screen reports remain under investigation in #448.
