Offdesk 0.7.0 / Hub 0.21.0

本轮正式版将桌面端、Android 和 iOS 的版本统一提升至 0.7.0，Hub、Node 和 CLI 提升至 0.21.0。

新增功能

  • 网页预览：通过 Hub 打开所选机器上的 localhost HTTP 服务，支持流式响应和 WebSocket 热更新。需要同时更新 Hub 与 Node，并自行配置专用预览域名、TLS 和入口；升级后不会自动开启。
  • 附件多选：一次选择多张照片或多个文件，发送前可查看清单、移除单个附件或取消发送。

体验改进

  • 改善手机端节点卡片中的延迟、CPU、内存和磁盘指标布局，避免信息挤出卡片。
  • 优化附件确认弹窗在窄屏和较大字体下的布局，让文件清单可滚动，操作按钮更容易完整显示。
  • 在桌面连接引导中提供更明显的返回入口，并改善宽屏 Settings 的内容布局。
  • 明确区分 App 加密配对与浏览器登录的用途及扫码说明，减少两种二维码带来的困惑。
  • App 名称、官网与 README 的品牌名称统一使用 Offdesk。

问题修复

  • 恢复事件中断期间遗漏的待确认提醒。
  • 保留熟悉的 JetBrains Mono 终端字体，加入很小的符号补充字体，修复 ⏵⏵ 等播放控制符号显示为方框的问题。
  • 改善 TestFlight 发布流程：按准确版本与构建号分发，重试时保留已完成的加密分类和测试组设置，并支持填写本轮测试说明。

升级说明与已知限制

  • macOS、Linux、Windows 和 Android 使用各自的正式安装包；iOS 通过 TestFlight 分发，实际可用时间取决于 Apple 处理和审核。
  • 覆盖升级原来的正式版以保留配置与配对。Offdesk RC 是独立测试安装，不会自动替代正式版。
  • 加密连接使用 App 内置前端，因此需要同时更新 App 与 Hub。macOS/Linux 安装包内置 Hub 和 Node 0.21.0；独立部署的节点应另外更新。
  • 网页预览使用 HTTPS，不属于终端的端到端加密通道。预览连接复用与缓存优化继续由 #456 跟进，不影响未开启预览的终端功能。
  • 部分 Android 扫码黑屏反馈仍由 #448 跟进。本轮不宣称解决所有启动或扫码异常；iOS 原生附件选择流程仍欢迎真机测试反馈。

This stable release brings the desktop, Android and iOS apps to 0.7.0, alongside Hub, Node and CLI 0.21.0.

New features

  • Web previews: open localhost HTTP services on a selected machine through the Hub, including streaming responses and WebSocket hot updates. Update both Hub and Node and configure a dedicated preview domain, TLS and ingress. Upgrading does not enable previews automatically.
  • Multiple attachments: select several photos or files at once, review the list, remove individual items or cancel before sending.

Experience improvements

  • Keep phone host latency, CPU, memory and disk metrics within their cards.
  • Improve attachment review on narrow screens and with larger text, with a scrollable file list and more accessible action buttons.
  • Make the return path in desktop connection setup more prominent and improve Settings layout on wide screens.
  • Clarify the separate purposes and scanning instructions for encrypted App pairing and browser sign-in.
  • Use Offdesk consistently across App names, the website and README.

Fixes

  • Restore confirmation reminders missed during an event gap.
  • Keep familiar JetBrains Mono terminal text and add a tiny symbol fallback to fix missing playback glyphs such as ⏵⏵.
  • Improve TestFlight distribution with exact version/build selection, retries that preserve completed encryption classification and group assignment, and release-specific testing notes.

Upgrading and known limitations

  • Use the stable package for macOS, Linux, Windows or Android. iOS is distributed through TestFlight; availability depends on Apple processing and review.
  • Upgrade the existing stable App in place to retain configuration and pairing. Offdesk RC is a separate test installation and does not replace the stable App automatically.
  • Encrypted connections use the frontend bundled with the App, so update the App as well as the Hub. macOS/Linux packages include Hub and Node 0.21.0; update separately deployed nodes too.
  • Web previews use HTTPS and are not carried inside terminal end-to-end encryption. Preview connection pooling and cache optimization remain in #456; terminal use without previews is unaffected.
  • Some Android scanner black-screen reports remain open in #448. This release does not claim to resolve every startup or scanner issue. Physical-device feedback on the native iOS attachment picker is still welcome.
