Environment

Used Zammad version: 6.5.1
Used Zammad installation type: docker compose
Operating system: Linux
Browser + version: Chrome 140.0.7339.x

Actual behaviour

Only users with knowledgebase.editor permission can see shared internal knowledge base articles on /help. Users with knowledgebase.reader permission can only see shared internal knowledge base article on /#knowledge_base and not /help. I am using the same domain for the KB.

Expected behaviour

Users (whether customer or agent) should be able to see share internal knowledge base articles on /help as well as /#knowledge_base if they have the knowledgebase.reader permission.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

  • have a knowledge base with shared internal articles
  • Assign a user/role the knowledgebase.reader permission
  • go to /help
  • only public articles are visible to users with knowledgebase.reader
