OpenCfMoto v2.0.0

Major release: OpenCfMoto Map on the dash, fuller handlebar control (cluster presets + 9 gestures), and a pile of connection / audio polish from real bike testing.

What's new

🗺️ OpenCfMoto Map

  • Map hub on the home screen — free ride, search, route preview & Go, GPX import.
  • Projects a bike-sized map to the dash (own-content path) using OpenStreetMap data.
  • Offline areas / packs, POI search, Home / favorites / markers, parked pin.
  • Road routing (online + offline fallback); optional personal OpenRouteService key in Map hub.
  • Voice cues while navigating; trip logging while the map is live (same trip list as AA rides).

🕹️ Handlebar buttons

  • Cluster presets — apply a starting map for your left pod: 5-way (◀ ▶ ★), MODE / ENT, or BACK / SET (limited).
  • 9 remappable gestures — tap / hold / ×2 on Backward, Forward, and Select.
  • Defaults (5-way): ◀/▶ = knob; ◀◀/▶▶ = D-pad ←/→; ★ = Select; ★★ = Back; ★ hold = Home (D-pad ↑↓ unused).
  • Setup → Double-tap delay & Hold delay (live); Diagnostics shows [BTN] lines for tap / hold / ×2.
  • Handlebar capture (default ON): bars drive the AA UI; music can keep playing; control playback in the AA UI / on-screen pad (not by giving AVRCP to Spotify).
  • Tip: if a music app steals the bars, press (pause the track) so OpenCfMoto can take the buttons back for navigation — then start music again when you want.

🏍️ Profiles & connection

  • Clearer 800MT vs 800NK Advanced scoring (landscape / panel size).
  • VPN dialog only on a real kill-switch (EPERM) — no more false “VPN blocking” when probes flake.
  • QR scan tip: if the Android QR fails, switch the dash to the iOS / CarPlay QR and scan that.

📚 Docs & media

  • README: cluster photos, timing / log cookbook, Map hub notes, silent buttons demo (GIF + MP4).

Notes

  • Sideload over the previous 1.x build — settings and garage bikes are kept (versionCode 29).
  • Map tiles / search need cellular (or offline packs) while joined to bike Wi‑Fi.
  • Set navigation while parked; don’t rely on any projection app for critical guidance.
