Dash clock fix

Some bikes still jumped to 00:00 / 1970 on 2.0.7–2.0.8. Changes:

• Stop advertising supportSyncCorrectTime (claiming it made some firmwares apply a bad correction)
• On 0x10600: echo a sane bike stamp, or write phone time if the request looks like epoch/junk
• Never empty-ack 0x10601
• Logs: HU_TIME_SYNC … mode=echo|phone time=

Volume reminder

If phone/Cardo volume feels locked: Controls → turn OFF “Handlebar buttons drive Android Auto�, or use the Volume slider on Controls while bars→AA stays on.
