• Agent selector → dropdown — sidebar and new card modal both use a compact dropdown; no more "Claude Code" / "Codex CLI" text wrapping.
• Priority → dropdown in new card modal — shares one row with Due Date, clean and compact.
• All notes collapsed by default — removed the "latest note starts expanded" exception; click any note to expand.
• Agent prompt redesigned — taller textarea (min 160px, max 280px), read-only styling, Show/Hide toggle repositioned below the header row.

• Blocked by dropdown filters Done cards — completed cards no longer pollute the blocker picker; shows "No available blockers" when empty.
• Blocked by dropdown shows column badge — each item shows the card's current column on the right for quick context.
• Blocked by dropdown z-index — popover now renders above the modal overlay in the new card modal.
• Expand diff button uses proper SVG icon — replaces inconsistent ⛶ unicode with a clean SVG expand icon + tooltip.
