Fix ugs-fx release packaging for tagged pre-release versions

jpackage's --app-version only accepts one to three dot-separated
integers, and rpm's Version field forbids "-" outright, so a tag like
v0.1.0-pendant-preview broke every ugs-fx installer job:
- macOS dmg builds failed outright (jpackage rejected the version).
- The Windows batch script never checked jpackage's exit code, so the
  failure was swallowed and Maven reported BUILD SUCCESS with no exe
  or msi ever produced.
- The Linux job's .deb succeeded (deb versions are unrestricted), but
  the script's `set -e` then killed the whole job when the follow-up
  rpm build hit two problems: the runner is missing rpmbuild, and the
  version would have been rejected by rpm even if rpmbuild were
  present. That aborted the job before the already-built .deb ever
  reached the upload step.

Fix: strip everything from the first "-" onward before handing the
version to jpackage on all five platforms, install rpm build tools on
the Linux runners, and make the Windows script actually fail instead
of silently succeeding when jpackage or the installer move step fails.

Pendant dashboard preview

Combines the dashboard UI work from this branch:

• Console/gcode split in the center panel, with a portal-based single
  GcodeEditor shared between top and split views to avoid state loss
  or mismatch.
• Plugin window fixes: blur bug, resize-handle regression, one-window-
  per-plugin by default with opt-in multi-instance via plugin.json.
• SendState lifecycle (IDLE/RUNNING/PAUSED/COMPLETED/CANCELED) exposed
  through FileStatus for reliable job-completion detection.
• Plugin bridge hardening: pickFile race guard, id-based console
  message forwarding, SaveAs device-save fix.
• Macros panel now auto-selects the top macro when first opened.
• Example plugins (batch-runner, job-inspector) and updated
  PLUGIN_API.md docs.
