BREAKING CHANGES: remove MovingAverage class and transform all methods into functions

Objective: The primary aim of this change is to align the MovingAverage methods more closely with the TradingView style. By eliminating the MovingAverage class and converting all its methods into functions, the code will better adhere to the coding conventions and patterns utilized in the TradingView platform.
