The MCP server no longer disconnects when a tool errors. An unhandled exception inside a tool handler (for example a transient network failure) could tear down the stdio connection and drop the whole session. The dispatch now catches handler failures and returns a bounded error result, so a single failing call no longer takes down the server — only that call is affected. Cooperative cancellation still propagates as before.

Upgrade: pipx upgrade servonaut (or pip install -U servonaut).
