Added: one-click restart for a failed systemd service

When a proactive scan finds a systemd unit in a failed state, Servonaut can now restart it for you — with the same safety flow as every other remediation: a server-signed preview, a dry-run that checks the unit before anything changes, and a typed confirmation before the live systemctl restart runs. The action only ever targets the exact unit named in the finding's evidence.
