💥 Breaking changes
- Migration to Slint — GTK4 was a huge pain in the ass on Windows, so I decided to switch to Slint. The Windows version now looks much cleaner (mostly in font rendering) and works significantly smoother. Since GTK is gone, system GTK themes no longer apply — the app draws its own look (light/dark still follows your system setting)
- Windows builds now use the native MSVC toolchain and a new Inno Setup installer. Upgrades from old NSIS-installed versions happen automatically in place
✨ Added
- A spinner on provider cards while a metrics check is running, and the actual failure details when it fails
- Icons in the card context menu
- The three hover buttons on provider rows are now a single "…" button that opens the same menu
🐛 Fixed
- Fixed the Antigravity provider after Google changed something on their side

v0.5.0
What's new in 0.5.0
✨ Added
- Custom providers - this is a huge feature that worth a version bump. Do you have provider that you want to track but it can't be added to a main codebase (e.g. some corporate resource)? Now you can write a custom provider plugin and import it into Tidemark. All you need is endpoint that you can GET and receive a metrics in JSON. Then you can write a plugin file based on
docs/plugin-providers.mdguide that contains parsing and display rules and just import in into Tidemark. You can customize your provider card however you like. Plugin files is a combination of TOML (basic config like name, author and version), Lua (parsing and display logic) and SVG icon.
