Fixes
- Layout table detection: Tables used for page layout (Paul Graham, old-school sites) are now unwrapped instead of rendered as markdown tables
- Class name false positives: Fixed regex that incorrectly skipped elements with class "heading", "loading", etc. (was matching "ad" substring)
- Spacer image filtering: 1x1 pixel images and tracking beacons are automatically removed
- Dependency fix: Benchmark packages moved from dependencies to devDependencies
