- `TransactionDataRequest::GetStatus` requests for txids that do not
  correspond to unexpired transactions in the transactions table are now
  deleted from the status check queue when `set_transaction_status` is
  called with a status of either `TxidNotRecognized` or `NotInMainChain`.
- This release fixes a bug that caused transparent UTXO value to be
  double_counted in the wallet summary, contributing to both spendable and
  pending balance, when queried with `min_confirmations == 0`.
- Transaction fees are now restored when possible by calls to
  `WalletDb::store_decrypted_tx`.
