  used to represent Ironwood action data.
- `service.PoolType` has added value `IRONWOOD`.
- `service.ShieldedProtocol` has added value `ironwood`.
- `service.TreeState` has added field `ironwoodTree`, which represents the
  Ironwood commitment tree state.

Changed
-------
- Documentation has been updated throughout to reflect that the Ironwood pool
  is included in the shielded pools that service methods return data for by
  default. See [#29](https://github.com/zcash/lightwallet-protocol/pull/29).

Removed
-------
- `compact_formats.CompactBlock.protoVersion` has been removed. The field
  number `1` and name `protoVersion` are now reserved. See
  [#25](https://github.com/zcash/lightwallet-protocol/issues/25).
