Run Without Debugging (Ctrl+F5) -- HxRun.exe Integration

• Ctrl+F5 now launches Hamilton's native HxRun.exe with -t (run and terminate) and -minimized flags
• Real-time trace file tailing: Automatically detects the new <Method>_<GUID>_Trace.trc file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Hamilton\Logfiles and streams its contents line-by-line into VS Code's Debug Console
• Lightweight watchdog: Uses fs.watch on the Logfiles directory only until the trace file appears, then immediately closes -- no lingering background processes
• File auto-save: The active file is saved before launch
• .med file support: Run Without Debugging now also supports .med method files

• Still uses the built-in Python HSL simulation debugger for local testing without Hamilton hardware
