A small patch on the tag editor's batch save.
- Saving a batch now shows per-file progress (Saving n/m) and commits each file in the background.
- The editor locks its inputs while a save runs so a half-committed batch can't be edited mid-flight; Cancel stays available to exit early.
- Panels can carry minimum and maximum dimensions, so workspace resizes keep layouts consistent.
