Universal (Apple Silicon and Intel), macOS 14 or later. Signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarised by Apple, so it opens in one step.

Tidying addresses

Addresses copied from a marketplace order arrive in whatever state the buyer typed them. Tidy, while editing a contact, splits the address at the commas, puts one element on each line, fixes the upper and lower case, and removes titles, letters after the name, marketplace user names and codes, and a telephone number left on the end.

The original stays on screen beside it, and the app compares the words and numbers before and after and warns you if anything disappeared that it did not mean to remove. It never re-orders lines or moves a postcode — getting the arrangement wrong is the one mistake that can cost a delivery, so it leaves that to you.

Tidy Selected Contacts does the same to a whole selection.

Managing labels

Labels can now be renamed, duplicated and deleted, from the ⋯ button in the LABEL panel and from the File menu. Deleting moves the file to the Trash, so Finder's Put Back undoes it. Renaming or deleting a design that exists as both a .label and a .prlabel file takes the pair together.

Settings where they apply

Templates folder in LABEL, address book in CONTACTS, alignment and quantity in PRINT. The whole-app Settings still gathers everything, so nothing is reachable by only one route.

Copies can be typed instead of clicked, and can reset to 1 after each run if you would rather they did.

Fixed

  • A label saved without a file extension was written correctly and then never listed again — from the user's side, it vanished. It no longer can, and any that went that way can be recovered by adding .label to the file name.
  • When the printer has gone, the app now says so in its own words. macOS reports a missing print queue as a missing file, which sent people looking for something that was never the problem.
  • Newly added contacts and labels are scrolled into view, and a search that would hide what you just saved is cleared.
  • The search boxes in LABEL and CONTACTS were being squeezed at higher interface zoom levels, because their padding did not scale with the text.

Free and fully unlocked until 1 March 2027. After that, printing your existing labels stays free permanently; designing becomes part of a one-off purchase. No subscription, no account, no server, nothing phones anywhere.

Problems are best reported through Settings ▸ Diagnostics ▸ Send, which attaches what is needed to answer them.
