I'm trying to run Claude Sonnet 3.5 inside Zed and for some reason im having this error:

"Error interacting with language model
cloud language model completion failed with status 451
Unavailable For Legal Reasons: access to Anthropic models is not available in your region"

Which is odd since I use the Claude API and the Anthropic platform everyday.
Note: Im from Puerto Rico which is a US territory

@Chukowski We use Cloudflare to handle our GeoIP identification for IP addresses. I wonder whether there's an issue with how your IP is being identified. Could you please visit here: https://radar.cloudflare.com/ip.

I'm curious which country cloudflare are identifying your AS as being associated with (e.g. mine shows 'US' and I wonder whether yours shows something different.

Note, my IP doesn't show a location there, but does here: https://speed.cloudflare.com/ so there are likely multiple sources of truth.

@maozaizhou What country are you in? What country code does Cloudflare detect your location as? We use a whitelist and it's possible Cloudflare is either incorrect in their detection or is providing a variant (e.g. VI for the US Virgin Islands) missing from our whitelist.

Samething, does not show the location but in the other url it does here are the screenshots:

It was coming in from CloudFlare with an ISO-3166-1 of 'PR' instead of 'US'.
I updated our whitelist to include this and just now deployed it to production.
@maozaizhou and @Chukowski can you try again and see if it works for you?

I've also added the detected country to the error message so it should be easier to track down in the future:
