Summary
After being shown the claude setup dialog and confirming it, Claude never started working. First stuck on installing, then loading status.
UPDATE: error only with node version 25, node 24 works fine.
Description
I have not installed claude on the system before trying to set it up in Zed.
The install process might gave not completed, but I did give it a good few minutes.
Now when I open Zed, the Claude thread is stuck on Loading... indefinetly.
I have also now installed claud in the terminal, but it did not change anything.

Expected Behavior: Claude working
Actual Behavior: Agent panel non responsive.
