Signature help popover overlaps the completions menu when there isn’t enough room

Reproduction steps

This issue is not consistent at all and I've only seen this in Rust as you all can see in attached video. I know there is a workaround by just disabling that setting, but I wanted to point it out as it disrupts the workflow sometimes. Thanks!

Steps:

1. turn on show_signature_help_after_edits setting
2. edit any std lib function in Rust

I'm hitting this with Python too, tho I only enabled auto_signature_help (but I think it's the same issue).

Steps:

1. Create a python file with multiple lines and scroll down.
2. Edit the content in the function parameters and make sure multiple windows pop up (completion suggestions, completion documentation, signature help).
3. Adjust the width.

I face this issue no matter the signature settings. Either triggered manually by Ctrl I or automatically, it overlaps with the autocomplete, when they together can't fit within Zed editor window bounds.

This is still an issue as today. It is easily reproduced by increasing the editor font size to high amount.

These popups should never overlap no matter the situation, especially the completion box, since it is much more important than the signature view.

Also, one way to mitigate the issue with limited space is to not show the signature help Docs. I believe most of the time most helpful is the Function signature view itself and not the docs below it which somehow feel like bloat.
