Project Panel content isn’t updated automatically

Reproduction steps

1. Open Zed
2. Copy Folder
   or
3. Open Zed
4. Have a command delete the contents of a folder and then repopulate them, for example a build step or something
   or
5. Open Zed
6. Create a file or folder in project not via zed

Current vs. Expected behavior

For some folders the content of the folder is not shown, even though the folder has some content:

Also for files or folder created outside of the zed ide, for example using the finder. Also when copying inside zed. It seems like the refreshing of the Project Panel is broken
