We had some logic in here to hide it if the user did not have an organization selected, which was left over from before organizations were fully rolled out. Now that every user should be in at least one organization, we can remove the old UI states. Release Notes: - N/A

We had some logic in here to hide it if the user did not have an organization selected, which was left over from before organizations were fully rolled out.
Now that every user should be in at least one organization, we can remove the old UI states.
