What's New?

This release makes the tool dramatically easier to use. No more navigating to directories or typing long paths - just type zeetranslator from anywhere and you're good to go.
Major Improvements
Global Command Support

Type zeetranslator from any directory on Linux, macOS, Windows, and Android
Installers now automatically configure your system for instant access
No more cd-ing into directories or remembering where you put the script

Fixed Installers

The installer scripts actually work now (yes, the old ones had bugs)
Dependencies install properly on first run
Windows users get a proper global command in their PATH
Android/Termux setup is now completely automated

Better Android Experience

New setup_termux.sh script handles everything automatically
Creates shortcuts to your Downloads, Movies, and DCIM folders
Termux widget support - launch translator with a home screen tap
Storage permissions configured properly from the start

How This Changes Your Workflow

Before:
bashcd ~/projects/zee-subtitle-translator
./zee_translator.py ~/Videos/Subtitles/
Now:
bashzeetranslator ~/Videos/Subtitles/
Works from anywhere. That's it.

Installation

Linux/macOS:
bashgit clone https://github.com/zeewank/zee-subtitle-translator.git
cd zee-subtitle-translator
chmod +x installer.sh
./installer.sh

Windows:
Download the ZIP, extract it, run install_windows.bat, done.

Android (Termux):

bashgit clone https://github.com/zeewank/zee-subtitle-translator.git
cd zee-subtitle-translator
chmod +x setup_termux.sh
./setup_termux.sh

Bug Fixes

Fixed installer.sh missing the actual pip install command (whoops)
Fixed Windows batch file not creating global command properly
Fixed Android storage access permissions workflow
Improved error handling during installation

Technical Details

Installers now add proper aliases to .bashrc/.zshrc on Unix systems
Windows version creates batch file in WindowsApps directory
Android setup configures Termux widgets and storage shortcuts
All platforms: old commands (./zee_translator.py) still work

Documentation Updates

Added CONTRIBUTING.md for potential contributors
Added CHANGELOG.md to track version history
Added .gitignore for cleaner repository
Updated README with new installation instructions
All docs now reflect the global command workflow
