• Allow nested availableTerritories relationship linkage counts on subscriptions_list_plan_availabilities and subscriptions_get_plan_availability to exceed the nested meta.paging.limit when Apple returns the complete territory linkage list alongside a capped inclusion limit.

Compatibility

• Preserve all 502 existing tool names and 35 worker filter keys; the complete catalog now has 514 tools and 36 --workers filter keys (assets). Legacy screenshots retain their original IDs and result contract.
